Hello people, I just bought a note 4 from verizon in eBay (N910V), to use it in mexico, the seller says is factory unlocked but when I use my sim, my phone doesnt get signal it just shows a small red cross, I've already moved the network to Global, and nothing happens, do you guys know How can I fix my problem? Do I need a verizon sim to activate it? thanks in advance :crying::crying::crying:
