Installation stops at 33% of step 3

I tried to install the Remix_OS_for_PC_64bit_B2016063001 but it stopped in step 3 with 33% of fulfillment.
Has anyone an idea what the problem could be?
A system information could be found in my dropbox but I'm not alloud to post it here yet...:(
