zuk z1 doesn't get recognized in fastboot devices

i tried every thread and i searched in google, but nothing helps me.... both windows 10 and linux mint aren't working in fastboot or in adb with this device... help??? :confused:
even changing the adb_usb.ini file doesn't work!!! i also bought a new type c cable...
