Unable to open twrp. Please help

I have unloaked bootloader officially, but when I try to flash any twrp recovery image using fastboot, it says 'ok' but when I reboot into recovery, there I don't find twrp, instead there is a picture of a smartphone with usb unplugged. Please help.
