after searching for weeks i have found twrp recovery for lenovo tab 2 a7-10f
the twrp version is 3.0.0 which really works unlike philz recovery which only reads internal storage and another twrp v 2.8.7.0 which only reads external memory , this recovery works perfectly fine i personally used it and it work . All thanks goes to needrom.com

u can use sp flash tool to flash it
or
if u r an rooted user u can use Rashr app as i personally used rashr to flash it the recovery
