Thinking of going back to Android from W10 Mobile

I've got a rooted VZW Note 3 currently running Alliance Rom. At the time, it was one of the better ones.
Now that Marshmallow's out, i've been pondering finding a new rom.
Any suggestions as to whether it's worth the trouble or not? If so, could I get some info on what the trouble would be?
