Hi, I state that I've been working with other OSs in the past, but I have little to no experience with Android, and sadly no time to actually learn it from the basics ATM.
Long story short:
I have a yet-to-be-rooted Galaxy Tab 3 sm-t110 with Android 4.2.2. It seemed weird to me that it couldn't run PokéGO (which requires 4.4.2).
In fact, it can. I installed the apk with just the System Version unlocked, and it works like a charm(better than some proper 4.4.2 phones I've seen, at least), with the Poke Trainer Account login.
When I try to login with my Google Account (the other possible option), it just gets stuck loading and never goes past that screen.
I suspect Google Account asks for a second check on System Version or Device Name and refuses the T110.
No comment.
So, I'm here to ask if changing one of those strings, or both, would work, and if so, what would be the simplest, fastest and less invasive way to achieve such result?
