[Q] Question about Verizon Replacement Policy



I don't know how it happened, but reading around the net, I found out my stylus on my Note 5 got inserted backwards and then yanked out. Now my S Pen sensor isn't working anymore. I am reading mixed responses on whether Verizon will replace it for Free while its still under the 1 year warranty. Anyone know? Thanks
