Stuck in HTC logo screen help asap

So I managed to install closed framework successful and then I cleared cache and dalvik then it restarted and started to optimizer apps and it did that for sd card which only had 7 app then it went to HTC logo and is now stuck what do I do I don't have a working computer and I don't think I backed up so what can I do???? Please help I'm currently using a smashed s4 to type this and it is soo anoying
