Recieved my mi5 yesterday and used it for about 15-20 minutes (just playing around with MIUI), turned the screen on and off multiple times but suddenly the screen wouldn't turn back on :( I rebooted the phone (hold power button) but nothing happend when turning it back on.
the capacative buttons and charging LED works as well as volume up and down (I can hear the volume change sound). After about 4 hours it suddenly worked again and I thought it was fixed (it was not), I booted into fastboot and unlocked my device but when I try to turn it back on the screen was dark again, and after several hours it still doesn't work.
There are other people with the same problems but I don't think anyone has been able to fix it.
Has anyone else encountered this? If so, did you fix it? I thought I'd should mention it anyway.
