If you are also victim of phone lock security please read on:
Few days ago, my phone started asking me PASSWORD instead of PATTERN. Due to this i was not able to start my device as i had encrypted the phone and checked the option "Pattern required to start the device".
If you have faced the same problem, read the solution below:
Think of Pattern dots as normal T9 dialer where top-left dot is '1' & bottom-right dot is '9'.
So if you have kept Pattern as 'Z' then corresponding Password is 1235789.
Another e.g if Pattern is 'L' then corresponding Password is 14789.
Thats it, now your phone is unlocked/booted :) :) :)
