Need Help After Debrick [GT-I9192]

My phone had hard brick while doing nothing :eek:

i Was on a custom rom

I Got a 32gb SD card

i've Read this theard
And got Debrick Image for I9192 from @fburgos from comments here

i followed the steps from above

when i inserted sd into my phone after writing img into it phone keeps restarting logo only

Samsung galaxy s4 mini > Black screen > Vibration > Samsung galaxy s4 mini >.................

i Can only boot download

i installed 4.4.2 and nothing happened

Recovey still Twrp

and can't even get in recovery when i try it reboots also after showning twrp's logo

any help ?
