Hello , i have a mt6589t device (Hisense U980), yesterday it was totally normal , when i opened facebook messenger app the screen became black , and the phone stopped responding, i removed the battery and reinserted it , and powered on the device, but it stacks on logo , i tried to wipe data via cwm recovery, but it shows me an error when it open
and when i tried the factory reset it shows :
Some other informations :
1-the cwm recovery is fully compatible with this device, i use it from months without any problem
2-i used also another recovery (philz touch) but it gives the sames errors
3-when i use the stock recovery it doesn't show any error when i try the factory reset
4-i tried to flash it many times with spflashtool i tried "download" and "format+download" both doesn't show any error and show the "download successful window" but the phone still stuck at logo.
