Hi guys,
i hope somebody can help this Moto E.
I gift this moto E to a lady, and for this i can't do much test. She is in another country, but she is very smart and she can do nearly all :)
The model is a dual sim bough in Italy from Amazon, version XT1022. Some days ago, it blocked... without reason. It had continusoly "Unfortunately, Google play service stopped". She tried to do simple things, nothing. Than she tried to do an hard reset with the menu in Android, After this, at boot it went directly in the service menu
Then she tried factory reset , recovery and some other try and it started asking to put language etc etc, but immediatly get the same error she had from beginning:
Than she give the phone to a general services, cause in Armenia doesen't exist Motorola, and now the situation is as the video.
Please help her, it's so much important this phone for her
