Keyocera Hydro not booting after installing bootloader...... HELP !!!!!!!plz

after installing bootloader app ....... i choose bootloader mode than the device keep flashing like the video here "Keyocera Hydro plz help " i'm new here that"s why i can't put a link .............thnx already
