HTC One M9 booting to bootloader after flash

I tried installing a custom rom to my HTC One M9, I've tried the HD Revolution one and the ICE one but every time it successfully installs and reboots it boots to the bootloader and I can't actually get past it.

I'm a noob with these things but I am using TWRP and not sure how to fix this. Please help me, thanks in advance...
