[HELP REQUEST] Bricked ZE551KL (ASUS_Z00TD) Zenfone 2 Laser

Good afternoon XDA gurus,

I usually figure things out on my own but this time I am stuck and must ask for help. Thank you kindly in advance. :fingers-crossed:

Device: ZE551KL (ASUS_Z00TD) Zenfone 2 Laser
Issue: The device is stuck on a black screen

Additional information:

• Rooted, unlocked bootloader


• Previously running CM 13 and attempted to revert to stock


• No recovery


• No OS


• No ADB (It was working previously)


• Fastboot is accessible... Kind of. The device is recognized when typing "fastboot devices" BUT the device does not display "Fastboot mode!!!" on the display.


• I have attempted to flash the version TWRP recovery I was previously using and CMD says it was successful; however, the phone will still not enter Recovery Mode nor will it properly display that it is in Fastboot Mode.
