Help, can't boot. Stuck on AT&T logo.

I was trying to install twrp. I turned it off after installing twrp failed. Now It is stuck on the AT&T logo.
I have tried using LG Flash Tool, however using the correct .dll and .tot, I end up getting a "Model Information check failed" error. pls help. I'm using the LG g3 d850.
