Fast Reply Please Where do i find Battery or charging files ...

I have HTC Remix as I received a gift from UK but It was locked ... I unlocked it successfully ....
Sim Unlocked to Global mode
S-OFF unlocked
Deleted All Verizon Useless apps with its demo too ..
When i was deleting Verizon apps I think I have deleted an app other than Verizon ... And that app was a system app for working android correctly..
***** PROBLEM*****
When mobile is ON ... Charging is not showing and percentage is not increasing after reaching 35%...But, Charging LED is ON ..
this Mobile is new with new charger and its stock new battery ...
When Mobile is OFF ... Charging successful to 100% Without any problems ...

I Want to install that app again which i dont know its name...
I am unable to Install stock ROM because I have replaced its recovery loader with TWRP
.
Any Android Developer can help me to find battery and charging related files which I can get from Zip of stock rom and replace in my android system using android root explorer ... Or Secondly any help about ROM I can install like stock rom I dont like custom roms etc ...
