Download mode Can't Flash a sh*t

I Debricked my I9192
now i have download mode only

• and it can't flash official rom or custom recovery


• when my device reboot after succed Flashing in odin it keeps restarting


• when i tried to get in twrp it shows the logo only and restart


• when i tried to flash cwm recovery still Twrp and can't get into it
