Disabling notification peeking not surviving restarts

I use Floatify so I'm faced with double notifications. Oxygen OS doesn't have a system-wide toggle for disabling Heads up, so I go to some apps individually and disable peeking. But after a restart they are all enabled again, regardless of whether I'm on 3.2.1 or 3.2.2.

Is anyone else finding the same problem?
