3g not working

im from india and recently bought at n t from ebay(imported) 3g is not working on stock rom(5.0.1) and my phn is always restarting so i flashed custom rom(xosp 6.2) its smooth but no 3g anyway 4g working perfectly

anyone help why 3g not working???
