[Q] TouchWiz - Blue vs Silver

There are two versions of TW? Blue and Silver. What's the difference? How do I get one over the other?

I'm running T-Mobile stock 6.0.1 - EPG2 - July 7th, 2016 security build. I want the silver one... :crying:
