Can my phones memory be completely wiped back to factory? I'm not well educated in such things & I download apps I'm not satisfied with continually. I've had the phone for almost a year now & reset it for the first time recently. The phone was rooted, a friend of mine did it for me but I can't get it to root again. My SD card is messed up as well. It shows that it has plenty of space left yet when I try to move an app it says there isn't room. I've even tried erasing the card but to no avail. I'm lost, help!e
