Z3c doesn't show anything (brick) after replecment LCD

I just connect the new lcd/screen to Z3c, but it doesn't work... It's 2nd screen. No LCD and backlight... Damaged motherboard?
I can connect phone to Flashtool (blue, green LEDs)
