Here is the update.zip to EUI 5.8.016s This was the OTA from EUI 5.8.015s for the x829 (This is the version released in the US/North America)
It appears to be the full ROM though. This has gapps built in since it's for the US market. I'm not sure if you have to be on 5.8.015s to use this so use with caution
