[Wlan Router Attacking Mobile phone?]

I have an app called WifiProtector.apk

This apps is turning the shield to red accusing some unexplained sinister stupid Wlan that is public and free.

The app says that is the router the attacker.

Ok, i prevented this attacker on /data/misc/wifi turning ro and only the uid 1 user is able to write leases there.


So, my question: is, its posible a router attack the mobile?

How can i retribute them?

In another wlans the shield is blue,

I remember that a motorola router has tried this "attack", today, the same router is ok.


It may be a misconfiguration by the adm of wlan or is an oficial attack?
