i researched this for maybe 1-2 hours now and i'm still not sure the answer
https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01AXX0KNU/
looking to maybe get this since it's high capacity and his a type-c cable included (which is whole different problem on its own)
this is what one of the reviews on says the spec is
there are video reviews out there with V/A meters that says it will output a 5V at 1.5A to under 2A
the included charger is 5V and 3A which is what's required for 'rapid charging', though i'm reading elsewhere that for whatever reason, the 6p is capable for rapid charging at 1.5A+ while 5x is not
now to add to the confusion, the cable used can affect/damage the usb ports if it's not up to the correct specification (since the 5x will always ask for 3A via the usb-c port <- this i'm not sure of, but that's supposedly where the damage occurs)
this whole usb-c early adoption is making my head hurt, hopefully i can get an answer before the sale ends
