Volume down/up Sound while mobile is not in Use

i am facing strange issues on redmi note 3 with RR 5.7.1 official rom
Volume down/up Sound while mobile is not in Use i.e. when it is in Sleep / Silent / Total Silence DND mode

i don't know what causing this issue i captured Log When my mobile was locked and It made that volume up/down Sound

please check log
and help me if you can
