In order to use foreign phones in Turkey you have to register them you can use an unregistered phone up to 4 weeks with a Turkish sim Card, afterwards your phone will be cut from the Turkish network.
I know that they need the IMEI of the phone to register it, normally you do it in a government building but there are shops who do this for a cheaper price than the official way.
My question now does anyone know here what you have to do to register my phone myself, do I have to unlock the bootloader or root it?
