TWRP/CWM restarting while flashing the .zip file

Hi Guys.
i'm using A6000+ , I have entered custom recovery mode using Fastboot. When i tried to flash a zip file using recovery , the recovery will restart and appears again with welcome screen..:eek::eek::eek::eek:
