[TOOL][sdk21-v86] Xposed Framework Installer for X98 Air Series 5.0 Lollipop

Hi, I made this tool for X98 Air Series, cuz Xposed Framework installed in MirekROM v7.0 is too old.
You can make dirty flash for update. I've already tested this tool with my X98 Air 3G in MirekROM v7.0.
(May work too in Stock LP.)
