Ok I want to transfer a backup thats on my LG Volt which is running android 4.4.2 (the highest version that phone supports) to a Samsung galaxy s5 which is running Android 6.0.1 would that work successfully without problems. Or would the phone you're restoring the backup too need to be using the same OS version as the phone that has the backup on it?
