I have bought samsung T 715 a few weeks ago and updated to android 6.0.1 .
after a few days of upgrade I am facing these problems:
The tab is not charing while it is off.
while it's on it show red x on the battery while connected to original AC charging adaptor and charge very slowly.
I have connected the tab to pc with windows 10 but the windows is not detecting the tab.
i have tried OTG adapter earlier and it was working, but now not working.
I have tried another original charger and software factory reset and the problem still unresloved.
NB: frequent shutdowns has been noticed while the tab is connected to the charging adapter.
How can i solve this problem?
