What is a Software Reflash ? Samsung Tech Support told me that I should take my Note 4 to Best Buy and have them perform a Software Reflash.

This Marshmallow problem with serious battery drain is very frustrating .... Even with my ZeroLemon 10000mAh Extended battery, I'm still only getting around 6 hours, which is extremely serious.
