I just purchased a Fire HD6 from the Amazon Prime day on July 12, got it yesterday and then proceeded to turn off the wifi. It is running Fire OS 4.1.1 and has a build date of 09/25/2014. I have rooted many of my devices and for some reason I am stuck as what to do with my new Fire HD 6. I wish to get a more Android experience and dont give 2 hoots about Amazon. I wish to be able to get Google play on my device and be rooted. And this is where I am stuck. There are so many directions and so many threads and updates but nothing current or a guide that makes sense. So what should be my next step with my Fire HD6. I AM SO CONFUSED! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
