I tried cleaning my usb port and in the process i apparently broke it cause it wont charge. Thing that is confusing me is when i try to shutdown the device it reboots to the download screen and on top says factory mode. Only way i can seem to get out of it is to hold vol down, home and power and then cancel click volume down to cancel. Im really hoping these two issues are related but has anyone had similar problems?
