Shortcut to clock alarm wont open - permission denied. How do I fix this?

I've added a shortcut to the Nova Launcher home screen to the Alarm <com.sec.android.app.clockpackage.alarm.activity.A larmCTSHandleActivity> and each time I press the icon, I get a permission denied alert and the Alarm Screen does not open. It's basically giving me the same permission denied for any of the clock activities. How do I fix this so I can launch the clock shortcuts from Nova Launcher or any home screen?
