Rooting a device thats not listed on XDA - SP5045V

Hi Guys,

I have got my hands on an android phone that is not only brand new to the market, it's locally produced (South Africa).
So I'm finding it hard to find guide's on rooting and custom roms.

Device spec's:
Processor: Cortex A7 (MT6580A)
OS version: v5.1 Lollipop
RAM: 1GB
ROM: 8GB
Screen: 5" (720x1280px)

Could anyone help with any info on standard rooting practices and/or guides for this device in particular? (Google has nothing :( )
