Will I be able to Root following this guide I found for unlocked bootloader?

Note
- The first boot may take some time, and give the impression that you are in a bootloop. Just wait and it will boot up normally eventually.
- Recovery is working, if you have Problems look here

The only slight thing im concerned is MM BETA? what does this mean please im on stock 6.0.1 unlocked bootloader 6603.
