I'm the proud owner of this new head unit:

I bought it along with the DBV-T2 freeview tv box. I know my head unti is 1024x600 but the DVB-T2 box offers the following resolutions:
1024x600 - 25Hz
1024X600 - 50Hz
1024X600 - 60HZ
So does anyone know which of these a should pick?
By the way, for all of you who complain about bad customer service, Maggie at Mekede/Navifly has answered all my questions within a day and has been really easy to deal with. This is the first question she doesn't know the answer to which is why I'm asking you fine folk!
