Question: is there any standard ROM that allows switch of 4g between SIM cards?

I somehow turned on a custom road and I am now with the updates up to 6.7.16. I am receiving every 2-3 weeks OTA updates and installing them (I think that I took a 6.4.16 ROM from a russian forum or something like this).
One nice feature is that I can switch 4G between cards without root and custom build.prop. This I like. What I do not like is that language support sucks on this "ultra developer" ROMS. big time.

So my question is: is there any official ROM allowing the switch of 4G between cards? (I assume that language support, like word suggestions and so, should work on the official ROMs... at least as far as I remember it was ok...)
