Question about all in one toolkit

I noticed that in the screenshots and the attached guide the phone was running OxygenOs version 3.1.2 and the one I just recieved is running 3.1.3. (and I also have a update available) will the toolkit still work for my system version? I read many pages but couldn't find my answer.
Also, if possibe i'm looking to find if the toolkit works with the subsequent update?
