[Q][Discussion]Battery Voltage Limiter

I'm always on the lookout for battery saving goodness along with battery longevity since the note 4 alone still packs quite a punch when undervolted and locked clock speeds around 1500Mhz and I was wondering if theres a method to limit and force lock the battery voltage level ( kernel or init.d side ) so the battery won't overcharge. Ever since I owned my device I've been using the anker 3220 mAh battery. I blew through 2 batteries within 1 year of each other (overcharging, couldn't hold a charge half the day anymore after 8-9 months usage) and I got my new anker battery today.

Some Nexus Kernels have this built-in patch to do so and I was wondering if anyone with kernel or init.d knowledge could build such a script for the note 4. I'll be willing to donate 20$.
