[Q] Will there be win10 mobile on OnePlus 3？

As OnePlus 3 post its kernel device trees (https://github.com/OnePlusOSS/androi...oneplus3/6.0.1), will any developer adapt a Windows 10 mobile to this device? Or this must cooperate with Microsoft?
