proximity sensor GT-i9505

Hello friends,

i have a Problem.... for me it´s a big Problem.

I root and Flash my Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-i9505 with

CM 13 6.0.1
CM Version: 13.0-20160718-Nightly jfltexx
API Level FIG 6
Baseband Version: I9505XXUHOJ2

Kernel:
3.4.112-cyanogenmod-g41df015

Now my proximity sensor from my Mobile is not working. I use a nother nightly Version, i open my Mobile, clean the Sensor, does not work. I have a other proximity sensor in my brick mobile. But booth Sensores are not working. I have found a Programm on Play Store but is does not working.

I hope one of the User have a interessting answer for me....
