PRF-ZIP corrupt? Root is gone.

Hey,

I went through this manual: http://techbeasts.com/root-xperia-z2...-install-twrp/
Everything worked fine. I had root access with android 4.4.4 and 5.1.1.
I flashed my zip created with prfcreator using:

• D6503_23.5.A.0.575_1281-4640_R3D.ftf


• UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.76-20160630161323.zip


• Z2-lockeddualrecovery2.8.26-RELEASE.combined.zip

And selecting:

• Kernel


• FOTAKernel


• Modem


• LTALabel


• Sign zip

Then I flashed the bootloop-fix: Z2-6.0.1_570_bootloop_fix.zip.

Now the recovery cannot be reached anymore and root is gone, but android itself works fine.
What went wrong?
Please provide help.
