Ok, so I am one of those that want to fix a problem myself before asking for help, so please dont comment on where I should've stopped.
Well it's a bit of an story, but skip further down if this is not necessary info, but I want to give the most info so you can help me. I got CyanogenMod about half a year ago, flashed through ClockworkMod. I have never really figured out the way to update it, until today. Everytime I would try to update, it would give me an error inside CWM. Today I wanted to fix that and I therefor searched a bit online and found out that I should just install it manually, so I did. When my phone booted up I got an error telling me my SD card was corrupt and that something was wrong with google store. I didnt really care for my 200Mb SD card since it is really old and was frankly not worth having, but the Google apps problem kept popping up. So I searched online and found out that I had broken Gapps. There seems to be a concensus that you should NEVER update your ROM with your SD card connected. So I tried to download one old update I had from WAY back(Still CM tho) AND download Gapps before booting up my phone. Can't install Open Gapps unless it's a clean ROM. Now I was getting a bit scared that I had broken my phone, so I decided to redownload cyanogenmod. That didnt work. So I searched a bit online and found out that I shouldnt use CWM, but TWRP when installing Cyanogenmod. So I used Odin to overwrite CWM with TWRP. Now when I try to install Cyanogenmod, it tells me "No MD5 file found" and "ERROR: 7" and stuff like that. Now I was really starting to get scared. I downloaded Galaxy S4 GT-i9505 Android 5.0.1 Lollipop HOB7 Download [United Kingdom Vodafone] from galaxys4root(dot)com/international-galaxy-s4-stock-firmwares-gt-i9505/ (EVEN THOUGH I AM FROM NORWAY, BUT THAT WAS THE CLOSEST ONE I FOUND)
Swoop floosh bang, and there /system and /data was wiped. So now I had to try to Odinify firmware. Well, ok that will not be a problem? Of course it is a problem. It seemed to get stuck on <ID:0/005> SetupConnection.. a few times, but I moved the USB to one of my front USB 3.0 ports instead of the one in my computer screen and whaddoyouknow, it started to Odinify. But of course there is a problem there too.
Now I am getting this error:

Which was around the time I realized I needed outside help. So if you could please help me I would be forever grateful
