OTA Update AND root

Hi,
i've got a rooted ivy with unlocked bootloader. Now the phone shows me that there is an update.

Can i update without any fear?
Or do i have to root the new kernel like i did with the old one (i only have rooted kernel with drm-fix, ric disabled an TWRP)
