oneplus one very slowly

Hello i'm a french guy

I just recover a oneplus one who was on the original rom 6.01 but is super slow between pressing the screen and the reaction there 2-3 seconds see

so I root install TWRP put Roma resurrection and I still have the same problem

Have you an idea of the problem
